  • Do I need to bring my own trailer?
    All larger machines include their own trailer. You will need a suitable towing vehicle; talk to our expert staff to determine your requirements. Smaller items will require you to bring a ute or trailer but we can supply trailers for smaller items for an additional $10.
  • Are trucks and equipment fuelled and ready to use?
    All equipment is fuelled and ready to go. It is the customers responsibility to refuel before returning to avoid any extra charges.
  • What happens if something on the machine breaks while I have it hired?
    If a problem occurs with a machine just give us a call – we will answer and work out a solution. 0492 086 669
  • Do you have a minimum number of hours for each hire?
    8 hours a day 10 on a weekend 40 a week. Extra hours chargeable as per rates.
  • Are attachments included in the hire charge?
    Some attachments are included in your hire fee and some are an additional charge. Chargeable attachments can be found on our website.
  • How far in advance can I make a booking?
    There is no limit on how early you make a booking. Regardless of booking timeframe we will endeavour to supply the required equipment.
  • How do I hire?
    If you know what equipment you need, it’s best to make a booking so you don’t miss out. So give us a call and we’ll make a booking for you, alternatively you can make a booking enquiry from our website.
    If you have a job, but you’re not sure what would work best, give our helpful team a call and we can assist you with what will work best for your job.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. Contact us today for a quote. 0492 086 669
  • What we need when you pickup the equipment or when we deliver it?
    You will need 2x items: Identification & Payment
    So we know who we’re letting take away our equipment, we require your current Victorian Drivers License & one other form of I.D such as Medicare Card or Visa/Mastercard + Payment options including either EFTPOS or Cash.
  • What are your opening hours?
    We are open 6 days a week. Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm   |  Saturday 7am to 12 noon   |  Sundays by appointment only. Public Holidays 7am to 12 noon unless stated otherwise.
